I was a very unhappy camper a couple of years ago. Since then, I have been super pleased by efforts to stay ahead of the learning curve. For such a large company, I feel generally positive, overall, about their support. I just fear that the failure to "go to bat" in recent weeks may be a red flag. Hope not.
For the mean time, I'm staying. Been a customer for ages, and willing to trust that they will continue to improve. Today ticked me off, however..... I had to go chasing a stock after placing a limit trade at ask, watching the ask go without change for about 20 minutes, and finally calling to find that order had not executed before ask was raised.
Haven't tried Velocity. Have a CD sitting here, but.... the website suffices for my most of my needs. What are the benefits, when it does work as advertised?
