I missed the CC but an associate summarized it for me.

Some key points in no particular order:

1. The money from IBM should be viewed as a gift for making the marketing arrangement. No debt or equity will be issued related to the IBM money. (From a personal side, the stock could have risen $1 had IBM issued the news as opposed to TLS as it would have had more impact.)

2. A Legg Mason analyst was on the call as were some smaller boutique analysts. Chris S. and company will be putting together a "Road Show" to increase analyst coverage.

3. A funding announcement and a sales announcement are expected this quarter.

4. TLS is already producing tags in anticipation of IBM orders. TLS will now have access to IBM's production relationships around the world which will give increased production capacity as well as possible production cost reductions.

5. IBM is expected to account for @ 80% of future sales, Flemings, etc will account for the rest. It may have been inferred that IBM will be absorbing TLS's marketing staff. This will reduce TLS's SGA.

6. Once the market takes off, Chris S. expects sales could be $500mm annually.
