John et al,

Thank you for your patience as these issues were being resolved. My attorneys have given me their opinion on the limited partner responsibility issue as well as copy of the specific sections of partnership law that apply, which I will post here later this evening.

To protect the limited partners' liability status, I will need to remove the provisions in the agreement that allowed them to petition for and vote on the removal of the designated trader, and that allow them to vote on expenses of the partnership. They may however vote on the election of or dismissal of any general partner or limited partner, so those provisions will remain.

When is is finished, I'll post it back to the homestead website. And I will post a summary of changes on this thread with a link to the new agreement. If any questions, let me know.
