Sounds to me like your system isn't able to read the
CDROM for some reason

Bill, this got my attention. Have been reading how to install 2nd HDD
and it mentioned to set the CD-ROM for Z:> to be safe. I did. Then when I updated TC2000 only get 4 mo. data. I had been using F:> for CD-ROM. Working OK.

My single HDD had C:>, D:>, and (E:> had about 4MB that I used for *.jpg
photos). It disappeared a few months back. Doesn't show any more.

I d/loaded today with CD-ROM as Z:>. only got 4 months. Changed CD-ROM to E:>,
thinking since it didn't show I'll use it. D/loaded and got 4 mo. data.
Changed CD back to F:>, where it was originally, d/loaded and VIOLA,
Everything seems back to normal.

I presume the Moral to story is, If you start CD as F:> you better not change
it.
