There are a host of legal opinions on the subject of companies paying for services with shares of stock. You posted one. DDInvestor has tirelessly researched the matter on our own. We have also contacted the SEC directly, seeking answers as to the nature of our business. The issue at hand is - what service does DDInvestor provide. To quote that article, IR is "a strategic corporate marketing activity, combining the disciplines of communication and finance, that provides present and potential investors with an accurate portrayal of a company's performance and prospects." That is what DDInvestor provides to its clients. We do not tout.

By the way, DDInvestor has no problem with your posting that article here. This forum was meant for open discussion. But perhaps you should think about why the individual posted it on SI in the first place. It was done for one purpose - to attempt to hurt Hartcourt.
