ELSI<-------A Rinky Dink Battery Compnay ..Who are you all kidding???????????????? The Company was sued in October, 1999 by a vendor for approximately $12,000 for past due invoices, attorney's fees and court costs. This lawsuit has not yet been settled. The Company was sued in May, 1999 by a vendor for approximately $11,000 for past due invoices, attorney's fees and court costs.
