i find this downgrade strange. i read the annual report and mwy has more and better products going into 00 than they had in 99. more inhouse work was being done, too. slower growth? hello?!?!?! i get the EXACT opposite impression as the growth rate has sucked over the last year. it will be better in 00, imho. are they trying to get shares cheap? don't know.
