John, Starting buyout rumours by NVLS!!! It would help explain the sharp runup in both volume and price. What it doesn't explain is why you only got a partial fill the other day (unless you really wanted to sell only 3.2% of your holding). Actually, the rumour sounds somewhat credible. MTSN is on the verge of becoming a vastly different company which could benefit from different processes and managerial skills to successfully take it through the next growth phase. Getting that expertise through an acquisition by NVLS would be the most certain route. I don't know Brad, but after getting his margin call back in 1998, he may well be more receptive to "cashing in". The difficult decision for me at least would be deciding whether to take all shares, convert to cash or a little of both. ;-) Any chance of a good bidding war and a price greater than 1:1 from NVLS? Ok, I already knew the answer but it was a nice dream. Best regards, Ian.
