Here's another company that pulled the same trick as NPTK, doing a reverse merger to attain reporting status without reporting much of anything.

NUKE.

A non-reporting company with no employees but a $5 stock price, it filed an 8-k today and claimed it is now reporting. Same loophole as NPTK, apparently.
