I made a new friend today and he said that is where I can make some money. He called me at lunch today from some firm in NYC. Said he got my name from some stock letter I use to subscribe to. He told me to cancel all my stock letters, which I did too. Its a great way to meet new people these mailing lists, are you on any? A really nice guy.
Anyway, he had heard of the town I grew up in! He liked to fish too, one of my sports, but he was not that knowledgeable about it, but he was enthusiastic and said he had some great ways for me to make some money. And I told him about ATHM and all the great information I had learned here from all of the engineers and nice people who post here. He warned me about this stock. He told me that it is common knowledge that very soon some Chinese Food Mega company was looking to expand into cable BB and was making a deal with ATT to grab the contract away from ATHM in 2002. And with the Chinese calander being different than ours, like internet time he said, they might be able to make 2002 happen even faster! Said they plan to sell take out food over the internet but need the BB to make their plan feasible. It made a lot of sense the more he talked about it. He said that he knew for a fact that Stevie Case (that's what his friends use to call him at Pizza Hut when he worked there, Stevie!, This guy knew soooo much!) was the night manager at Pizza Hut and he trained TJ to deliver Pizza, do you believe it?!! And get this, he said that TJ got FIRED, FIRED, for driving too slow and complaints from customers about too many COLD pizzas! He advised me to sell immediately. I wasn't sure and he said he'd call back before market close. Then I read your post and knew it was divine intervention, so I sold. Boy do I feel great!
Then this guy, Dewey, called back. Got me into this Chinese firm on a pink sheet symbol, HUNGLO, (in Chinese he said this means it can really rise in value, great symbol and cool huh?!!) what the heck, he said it was a good deal. I mean, I really like Chinese food and take out, over the net! Just imagine the demand! Do you have any ideas how many small towns or remote locations have no other access to a good Chinese restaurant? This pup has REAL LEGS! Oh, and the best part is the Chinese CEO is a brother of a friend of a friend of Mr. Clinton, the Mr. Clinton! In Washington, D.C.!!! Said he was really good at getting special government favors, funding and leads on technology! This is the real key to this company, the government high tech leads. Seems they plan to use rocket and old nuclear technology secrets to send rockets into low earth orbit and drop the take out food onto the front porch of the folks who order it! A little residual plutonium in each reentry 'food capsule' will guarantee it's always warm. Ain't that hot shit! No pun intended. <g>
Dewey said this news leaked within the corporate inner circle and is the real reason Iridium failed. It was never designed for just sat. phones, it was for Chinese take out delivery. Makes a lot of sense now as I look back. He said Los Alamos was part of it too but Janet Reno likes Chinese food so the government was able to get the case dropped on espionage and now the BB food deal is in the bag! I'm amazed at how smart some people really are to figure all of this out.
