Not necesarily so...When a company is in registration they are veyr limited to what they can say...The same is true if you are in the magaing group....Roadshows tend to be just that. Shows...but nontheless, they are able to get the word out to a large group of investors who I personally think are either unaware of what the company is really completely unfamiliar with their operation .
If I had to guess, I would think the stock trades in a range until the pricing....May turn out to be the most stable this stock has ever been...it will likely be very well subscribes and then the unfilled orders will take this thing much, much higher...Even post offering, there will still be a relatively small float
