I visited UDC today and spent 4 hours with Sherwin Seligson & Sidney Rosenblatt,CFO. All I can say is...awesome. Words cannot accurately describe Sherwin's vision. His ability to convey his vision is just as impressive.

All investors must understand that although this is a public company it should be viewed as an early stage R&D firm. They have and are continuing to develop and refine OLED,TOLED and FOLED.

You can project market stats all day long but Sidney will be the first to admit that he knows that his forecasts are wrong. All that an investor can hope for is that PANL is on the cutting edge, which they appear to be and that they convince a major player to embrace the technology and travel with them down the road as they continue to develop the technology and ultimately produce what will be the next generation graphic display.

They are 6 months from signing a deal with a major cell phone manufacturer that will incorporate their current generation 3 color OLED. This will be the stepping stone to move into full color "game displays" and palm pilot size displays.

This is a big picture management team who is NOT looking to be a one trick pony. Patience will be rewarded here and an increase in stock price will allow them to ultimately split the stock and have a large enough float to attract serious fund money.

Sherwin was very specific in his views on debt, he hates it, and he would prefer selling equity although they have no immediate plans to do so. The company has enough cash based on it's current burn to complete the current product development and get it to a point that will allow them to transfer the technology to an OEM and sign a licensing deal to generate additional cash.

This is a highly speculative investment that may pay huge dividends. At the current stock price, this is a cheap idea and if it works it may be the cheapest idea you could have ever invested in.

I was long PANL before my visit and I will continue to add to my position as time progresses.
