My assumption is that this "market share" problem will lead to Intel shipping less than they can make. So, with that explanation, I don't see any difference between a "demand" problem and "market share" problem.

By the way, to reiterate what I have been saying for a while (from before the time Intel released Q4 results) - Intel will have a very nice Q1 with respect to earnings. It is possible that it is going to be a blowout quarter if the price declines are not too steep.
