I think Ravi Sarathy of Lehman's is the guy who originally initiated coverage with an 'agressive buy' with a target of $100 which was immediately changed to $130 the following day after the earnings. I think Ravi is based at Lehman's office in Asia somewhere, I don't know where Juliette is may be she is in NY.Looks like both of them cover KOREA jointly.

KOREA,SIFY,IIJI and CHINA currently have about the same market cap.It should be interesting to compare whose revenue and customer base is growing faster.
