AJ, there was some confusion about the Nakota name, at least, in my mind, so I researched it in the encyclopedia, and forwarded it on to you. Is wanting to clarify something, "showing off"?

I, too, have a great deal of respect, and admiration for the plains Indians, Crazy Horse in particular. He was a most unusual warrior, as you may already know, he wore no warpaint or special clothing as he went into battle, and was always the leader in any charge. The total shame of it all, is the way he died. I read an extremely good, and honest, book by Stephen Ambrose titled "Crazy Horse and Custer", subtitled " The parallel lives of two American Warriors". Do not fret abut the title. The author makes no bones about the many shortcomings of Custer. --haqi
