Fill me in. How do you know that CEPH bought the November calls?

I checked www.stocksmart.com a couple of days ago and saw higher volume in MAY along with a large open interest for MAY - the numbers for NOV were much lower. I do agree that some investors might be hedging there bets, but only because there is a bit of MAY put activity. Help me out. Should I be looking at some other data and (if that's the case) where can I find it.
