Dear CJ: I installed AOL 5.0 and sure enough suddenly some other programs would no longer work. However, I found that when I went to the affected sites and downloaded their programs they then worked. So I dont think its a permanent problem. I did click on the yes and yes I didnt understand it would create any problem. I will say IMHO AOL 5.0 is much better then 4.0. JDN
