Micro TA and daytraders?

Daytraders have to study Micro TA. The ebb and flow of most of the brokers at the full service brokerages is not known by daytraders.

Weekly, brokers deal for themselves to bring bacon home Friday. They are the weektraders. On Monday, they observe for a few hours the index trend of the week. Either Dow or Nasdaq stocks will be shorted or longed. This creates a ebb and flow momentum. In mid week, the momentum may change direction, so that the brokers will be able to cash in twice a week some profits to supplement their commissions. These momentum, having a natural rhythm, is index related. If you look at the ticker tape on CNBC, you will find most of the stocks move up or pull back.

That ebb and flow knowledge from the ticker tape, and the Micro TA on the stock you are interested will enable you as a daytrader to make good decisions to make good money.

Not good at Micro TA? Keep reading this board and you will get the variables you have to find significant to do Micro TA.
