Dear theCow: So did you erase your aol 5.0? What I did was leave 4.0 in my hardrive and added 5.0. Figured if anything went wrong could go back. I did in fact have some problems, called AOL tech and after some time they were of no use and told me how to erase 5.0. I was happy with 5.0 so tinkered around downloading new programs and lo and behold it worked, so I still have 5.0 on my system. In a few months I plan to buy a new computer and also sign up for broadband (still trying to make up my mind over Cable vs DSL line). I was thinking of using AOL bring your own access as there are things on AOL I like and cant get elsewhere. I cant imagin AOL putting out software that wouldnt allow that. In not too much more time I would think the majority of people will be into broadband. JDN
