Carl & others - The gap in price between MASK and PLAB is an aribtrage opportunity, a backdoor way to get PLAB shares at a discount, so why does the discount remain?

The combination of MASK and PLAB will be just an awesome force for years to come IMO. I owned both for years, liked both, and now that they will marry.

Any ideas on how or whether to play the MASK discount?
