The move to NYC is a high cost venture. Office space in Manhatten ain't cheap so they better have a pot o' gold handy to pay the bills. Of course, NYC is where the action is for internet these days so it appears they are "going for it." Will be interesting to watch this play out. One of the companies they will have to deal with is SPDE. That has an interesting history but now appears to be on its feet after a false start. Perhaps there could be synergy there?
