Boyd Gaming Files Site Plan Application for its Borgata Development in Atlantic City LAS VEGAS, Jan. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Boyd Gaming Corporation, (NYSE: BYD - news) today filed its site plan application with the City of Atlantic City Division of Planning for The Borgata, its joint venture project with Mirage Resorts, Inc. The application officially proposes the development of the 1,207 room Borgata and its planned world-class entertainment amenities including a night club, health spa, special events center, retail outlets, themed restaurants, convention space, meeting rooms and parking facilities. The Atlantic City Planning Board will schedule a public hearing for the application as soon as City of Atlantic City staff completes its review.
