I think the article was Jan. 19th. I'm not sure about how the timing of all of this works out. I think that Korean Patent office came out with the ruling invalidating 3 of Qualcomm's patents on the 18th. The Korea press picked up coverage on the 19th....and then Qualcomm issued the press release talking about an "affirmation" of 46 out of 49 patents after the market close on the 20th. Does this mean there was an additional ruling on the 20th in Korea? It could just be that all of the Korean newspapers ignored the validation of the 46 patents but the articles were completely misleading if this was the case.

Not sure if any of this stuff is a concern....but with Q's patents I want to be 100% sure.
