Regarding the ALTA IPO and its effect on triggering CMGI stock price:

I was wondering the same thing. Then I remembered that the stock price actually declined for 2 months after the ENGA IPO. Of course, this may have been totally market driven and unrelated to ENGA, I don't know. Or maybe investors were counting on a much larger premium for ENGA.
