Wes, still digging myself, but i've got to believe all the wireless "names" have patents or pending ones on different areas of the WAP protocol...as for the response from a NOK, Motorola, ERICY, i'm not sure what they will say because from my reading this was part of the WAP plan to begin with and i believe most, if not all, of the "players" in wireless are WAP members and therefore will be looking to profit on there own little corners of the protocol...very interesting situation...not sure, but i believe i read that NOKIA has an equity investment in GWRX -dave
