Thomas M. Carroll: What's good for TSIS is that others such as INTV are at $28/shr. TSIS has been identifying and exploiting small but profitable niches. TSIS is now moving into a larger *but related market* where companies such as INTV can fetch a price of $28/shr. TSIS has quite a few years of related experience (just check out their client list at interactivetelesis.com and should be able to carve out a nice piece of this much larger pie. froland.
