Ed, Can't really tell what is going on, but CVCL should open at 2.5 based on the after-hours final price. I have searched far and wide and can find no other news other than the release you posted. The strange thing is that that news was released in plenty of time for the market to absorb it prior to the normal close on Friday. It is somewhat befuddling, but we'll have to see what happens on Monday.
