You mean they were supposed to walk out over the proposed breakup leaks? I would have found that entertaining, Microsoft leaks just fine when they feel like it. Or do you mean that breakup was proposed in the session itself, and nobody flinched? Who knows? The Ballmer titular ascendency was accompanied by a lot of tough talk, but maybe Ballmer will actually let the lawyers do their job. Or maybe Bill kept his secret chief counsel title. Me, I'm still disappointed that Caldera settled. We might have seen Andy Thomas on the stand! Cheers, Dan.
