Appology accepted. Being skeptical is very healthy and useful; we should always be reevaluating our reason for investing in certain companies. Regarding hypsters, my point is that as long as they contribute useful information about the company along with their hypes, then most of us can sort through the garbage to pick out what's of value.

Now, about QDEL being at bottom. Hard to tell, but I sure hope so. I did read something in the business section today about some new bill just passed regarding patents; don't know if this will have direct impact on this case or not. Anyone else have any insight on this new bill?

I'm betting that the worst scenario from the lawsuit is already in the stock price. So, as long as another shoe doesn't drop out of the blue (how's that for mixed metaphors), I believe we are at the bottom. As with all things, however, time will tell.
