Guess I better get cable. Can't yet find a press release. One showed up on AOL under motorola; very brief. Now it's gone. From what appears on thread, it may be judge decided Q phone not same as StarTrac; if so, the prospect for MOT ever winning is very low. If MOT continues to pursue the case in the face of it being so slim, MOT could risk sanctions and attorney fees. Would be sweet! If anybody has better idea what happened please post.
