Many medical journals are starting to put all their back issues using pdf files. Colleges are putting their application forms using PDF. All sorts of companies are putting documents on PDF. I suspect the IRS, maybe other government offices must be thinking about this. Does Adobe make any money when files are put onto Internet using PDF?
