Im a shareholder, but what a crappy deal for the company. They could have waited a month and Got $1. or more IMO. Also the warrents are also priced at .30 exercise, first time I ever saw that!!! Either this is a sweet deal for someone, or management needs some fast courses in negotiating skills..... At least COT still has low float...
