I certainly agree that biotechs have been incredibly undervalued the past couple of years. That's why I have invested much of my portfolio in them as the risk/reward ratio was so stacked in their favor. I love the new valuations on the stocks I already own, but the risk in new investments has greatly increased. I want to see how these new valuations hold up through the summer doldrums before I really accept them as permanent.
