To All, During my research to purchase a faster PC last spring, I stumbled on news of AMD's new baby, the Athlon. I became interested in this processor and its potential for AMD growth. After hearing Dirk Meyer's talk I was convinced that the Athlon was going to be worth waiting for. By summer the information I had gained had lead me to become and remain an AMD long. Part of my information came as a lurker on this thread. The thread has been excellent (for the most part, and you all know the exceptions). The market action since Q4 earnings have been so ridiculous I can no longer resist the need to vent frustration on the absurdity. Therefore I have decided to join the "Droids" in their quest to carry the flag forward to greatness. FWIW: Based on the information available to me I remain extremely bullish on AMD. I am very pleased with the progress AMD has made in the last six months, they have accomplished all they said they would do and more. Along with you I am looking forward to much great news during the next few quarters and beyond. Kindest regards, crazyoldman
