They might have the money to drill, however, it is smart to finance before you drill, especially in this market.

Talking about dilution, it is a fact of life in the Junior market. To justify the purchase price, a lot drilling has to be perform along with metallurgy etc. Where the dilution will come in is when PFG has to issue shares to pay off the owner.

I think it's a good to finance. 2 million shares at this price, you can do a lot of work. I am sure CMS knows what she is doing.
