Hi Joan! Re major flak and provocative, I can only wonder why the media attention and early publication.

Since I wasn't here for the rape discussion, I will note -- but not argue -- that I favor a primary motivation of sex vs power.

I submit that rape (other than in prison-like situations) is probably committed almost exclusively within the bounds of one's sexual orientation. Do you know of any habitual rapists who have attacked men, in addition to women?
