Dear Conan: I entered NETA at 17 a few months for the same reasons a lot of you did. But after watching it trade through and after the McAffee IPO I have had enough.

It is obvious to me that Larson is not focusing on enhancing NETA shareholders' value but his own, as reflected by the current share price vis a vis Larson's windfall from the aforementioned IPO.

His poor judgement and irresponsible behaviour resulting in the DUI arrest is further proof that he is at this time unsuitable to run ANY public company.

Regardless of how NETA attempts to reinvent itself, I would venture that successful results would be very dubious while Larson remains at the helm. I for one refuse to continue to allow him to miserably handle my investment in NETA and will thus sell my entire position next week.

I hope I am wrong and it works out for those who continue to hold NETA.

Good luck to all.
