well, i sold three companies right before their takeover so i guess i'll need more than a takover possibility to get into idt. what i learned is that in many cases if insiders own a large stake and the stock is quiet for too long, they'll come up with something that'll move the stock. unfortenatly, they came up with nice pr (new subsidiary, partnerships...) but made little moves. that most be frustrating.
