JDSU calls: how about using ETEK calls as an alternative, e.g. FYNGT July200 @70; you get the arbitrage with 1.1 JDSU shares for each ETEK share at merger; big gap now btw common prices reflecting risk of no merger, but will narrow and all of JDSU's buyouts have been successful. Short term calls/Feb for ETEK look good going into JDSU earnings and possible SP500 move anticipation.
