Here are the FACTS you need!!! Remember the ARXA filing is being done as we speak, and will contain all the information you need such as this!! "Since Phoenix stock was distributed there have been 1,887,800 Shares Traded with an average daily volume of 53,937.14 Shares. The distribution was 2.5 Million Shares, so it looks like it will soon be eaten up. " The company is doing a deal, and is legally obliged to terms of COMPLIANCE, during such times, and Compliance dictates that they SHUT UP and speak to no one!!
