TJ hasn't committed any crimes, in my opinion. It appears that he lied about his track record, but so have Wade Cook and a lot of other guys. I don't think that kind of "puffery" amounts to a crime.

I believe that a civil remedy may be appropriate, but criminal charges are uncalled for.

Making easy money off of suckers is not, in and of itself, a crime.
