jef: Back and at it and feeling good.

To your ebay friend that made $3000 so far (assume CDN-- that's $34.17 US)--congrats.

DMX:

I have never felt better about this company and its exploding prospects over the next 2 years than right now. For the like of me I cannot figure how the story of the carrier, Pennsaid, WF 10 etc has not spread.

There are now so many investors out there with huge paper profits from toppsy turvy, high tech, no-income, hypster managed, paper thin business plan, fadish clap trap companies that can't see the writing on the wall yet for many of their 'sound'?? investments!

Greed is a curse.

In DMX, we have, without a doubt, Canada's BEST up and coming junior biotechnology company. It has a mixture of solid (not high magic, but certainly high volume/high margin- daily life required products)-- products like arthritis pain reliefers, nail fungus beaters etc. They also have world beating products like WF 10 (send your immune system to the Gym) and other breakthrough carrier based drugs yet to be announced.

Finally, DMX resides in a defensive/safe haven (growth during the bad times) --sector of the marketplace-- when trouble in parts of High Tech is obviously close.

Good gravy, on top of this, it is managed by disciplined, patient, stick-to-the-plan management (including, for a change from most companies I have invested in, the best and most knowledgeable, clear thinking/speaking IR guy in Canada today--hope they can hang on to him).

It has the all but final distribution/marketing backing of the best Large Cap marketing Pharma in the world-- JnJ. It has approval for its first product in Europe---and on and on it goes.!

Finally--in my 5 short years in being in this market investment game- I have only been able to arrive at one real truth about why share prices go up !

They go up when there are many more Buyers than Sellers! Simple.

That brings me to the obvious 'Breakout Point' we are at now.

Rebecca and Peter--and I guess others, have been and continue to cross North America raising Institutional interest. We now have the private placement from about 8 or so Mutual/Venture Capital Funds (US and Canada) that vacuumed cleaned up 2.4 million shares prior to Xmas.

By the way-- a USA contact who is big in several of the Fidelity Funds (he lives in South Carolina) says FIDELITY is one of them--Good gravy--what a multiplier effect that alone will be! They are the biggest Fund series in the World!!!!

What DMX needs now is one solid News Release like 'JnJ +$ + new use carrier launches', OR, 'Ottawa awakes, stops skating on the Rideau Canal for a day--and approves Pennsaid', OR, 'Europe distribution and early sales', OR, 'WF 10 is being fast tracked for humanitarin reasons' ( i.e. it works and people need it!).

My point in this diatribe is this.

We ladies and gents herein can help the cause by casually mentioning in other forums we post on, or to friends etc 'the DMX story'--with a simple last sentence--check it out! We can do it subtly now (until the kick off first announcement) and then with more vigour afterwards.

It is tough for a small management team like DMX's to be able to do any Retail interest elevating until the big NR hits the Newspapers and captures Yonge Street's attention.

My experience in the marketing side of the game is that if people have "sort of heard about something"--and the name and/or context is planted--then "deep" recognition is captured when the first big news hits. We, the shareholders, can quietly and causually help in our own small way that retail cause now with just the smallest bit of individual effort! The timing is right--It wasn't last year, it wasn't 3 weeks ago. It is now!

Again why?

Prices go up when there are many more Buyers than Sellers!
