I've heard that one before- "It's different this time." I'm not ruling that out, but revenues have been improving for some time now- and all of the sudden the street gets excited about PRCY, and many other biotechs at the same time. Particularly small cap ones. If the overall market holds up, and the Biotech sector in particular, PRCY will probably do well. www2.marketwatch.com This may be a case of Buy the Rumour, and Sell the news too. I think it is a good idea to be careful here. The chart suggests it will be safeas long as the 7/8 area holds.
