O/T Paul,

It was SOTB's & Big's "yard of choice" when the stock was in the high teens facing a couple of lean quarters and a lawsuit. With the Ocean Rig settlement $242 million has already been added to backlog (plus possible bonuses). With the likelihood of securing a large chunk of Tidewaters new build program in the VERY near future, the odds on a prosperous future for FGH become even more favorable. Rather than focus on the "settlement", new 'booked' business, and expected new business, the 'MOUTH' chooses to post a verbose recap of unfounded rumors. From the 'goto' yard to the 'nogo' yard while the company is still selling near all time lows is not only expected from the 'MOUTH', I wonder what took him so long. He and his associates are obviously trying to BUY as many shares as possible at the lowest possible price they can achieve before the new orders flow in sending the price into double digits within hours or days of the announcements. Motivation for his posts are so obvious it is almost unbelievable that so many on this message board seem to hang on to his every 'suspect' word; proving once again, weak minds are easily amused and influenced by rumor and disinformation regardless of source credibility (or lack of it).

Again, Tidewater must already be negotiating contracts for their program to prepare for deep water services of their own stated goal of taking deliveries, beginning 2 years from now cannot possibly be achieved. Halter has manufactured over half Tidewaters fleet and NO ONE yet has answered the question I posed immediately after the Tidewater announcement. "If NOT FGH, WHO?" The "Jones Act" and the Company's unique capabilities to build the type vessels required by Tidewater provide significant justification for this postulation. I would debate this issue with SOTB or anyone else, if they will remain focused on the issue rather than resort to propaganda based on spurious conjecture and rumor.

Arguments which could be made by The Mouth and associates would be a list of competing companies which they feel would be more likely to get this business than FGH. Since no such arguments are being made, I must conclude that 'THEY' are in agreement with me; but, wish to remain silent on this "ONE" issue until they have filled their positions of accumulation.
