Nobody but the insiders got wind of this,SNDV was holding this stock down on friday selling odles of stock at 66 1/8 , for one of two reasons, most likely for the insiders who inked this deal over lunch late last week. Either that or this market maker just got his ass handed to him trying to take it down. Either way i could care less the reason. Just wish these people took a few lessons in PR because right now they look like a OTC BB company.
