TJG, just read your profile and your favorite stocks are totally excellent and I hope you made a BUNDLE on Qwest. You seem to be an investor more than a gambler.

Now. Please help me here. I asked Dale just who were NIR Group as I couldn't find them anywhere. He didn't know the specifics.

So, WHO are they? They are very key to this move, obviously. Although it would seem that others would happily jump in and take over NIR's place if the plan changed course in any way. That is my main hold back--finding out a little more on NIR.
