First, [in our opinion] Paul Samulski is solid management and good people...Paul Samulski [11-01-99 hosting.webfiler.com\PR ] has confirmed that NewKidCo has firmed up its distribution with Mattel© recently...the implications being that when they release Warner Brothers© Tom & Jerry© this year it will be released the same day [worldwide]...Samulski further indicated that an employee who worked for him at Acclaim is now NewKidCo's key contact with Mattel© Interactive, NewKidCo's worldwide distribution partner...Samulski is very excited about 2000 and beyond...possibility of a NewKidCo ML Baseball license for 2000 in addition to a couple of PS2 titles...also according to Samulski NewKidCo will have a real nice presence at E3 2000 e3expo.com [in the Mattel© booth]...Samulski feels really good about Tom & Jerry© given its international appeal...NewKidCo is moving NewKidGames.com to the front burner with possible leading-edge technology but may not be ready for prime time until q4 2000-q1 2001...NewKidCo.com, however, should be completely updated and be interactive "...within 45-60 days..."...Samulski also confirmed the deal with Disney© "...was a very significant deal..."...Schneider, CFO, earlier indicated NewKidCo currently has a substantive pipeline of twelve (12) titles in development...Samulski also indicated the Sony© PlayStation/II© and Nintendo© Gameboy© Color will be their primary focus...it was also represented that [NewKidCo's recently signed] Sony© Dragon Tales© is the number 1 rated children's show on PBS over Sesame Street©...also represented as shipping by Q4 2000...significantly and dovetailing with Jim's post we observed a substantive turning point with Richard Rabins...he is confident and it was very obvious...accordingly, it is our opinion that Focus Partners is responsible for recent shares being picked up from Griffiths McBurney as sellers curiously while the stock is climbing...perhaps first evidence of NewKidCo's intent to list NASDAQ and gain a substantive U.S. following while dropping the [Canadian stigma and lack of support] concomitant with dropping the SEC Rule 15c2-6 designated security [shareholder value destruction] straight-jacket...
