Pre-trial coming soon, should see speculation both before and after. If the Niagara Falls casino is expected to generate $1.25 billion in revenue per year, the profit numbers would have to be around $150 million per year IMO(based on a 20% government cut and profit margins for the most lucrative casino location per square foot in the world). A 10% interest in the casino would therefore generate approximately $15 million per year NET, for 25 years (the life of the contract). My math tells me that adds up to $375 million in total, or almost $2.00 per share NET income per year for NGCO. GP6
