Two Dense-Pac Microsystems Inc. All Stars Dispose Shares

Two DPAC executives sold a combined 45,333 shares from December 16-23 at $8.06 to $8.94 apiece. First Team All Star and Officer John Sprint (Sell Score 87) liquidated 16,333 shares between $8.06 and $8.75, followed by Chief Financial Officer William Stowell (Sell Score 67) with 29,000 shares.

The disposals occurred while DPAC shares were trading near an all-time high. Dense-Pac stock has quadrupled in the past year, from $2 to $10, with a majority of the surge taking place during the final three months of 1999.

DPAC shares declined 60.6 percent, on average, in the six months following Mr. Sprint?s three prior distributions. Mr. Stowell?s thirteen previous disposals have been followed by an average drop of 12.7 percent in six months.

Garden Grove, Calif.-based Dense-Pac designs and manufactures high-density memory devices for use in military, industrial and commercial applications.
