Needham reiterated a strong buy and a price target of $25.00.

BTW, all three PTEC divisions are significantly involved in the Internet. The platform enabling division with their new silicon to browser wins. inSilicon with software for FPGA and ASIC chips that are increasingly used in communication devices. Phoenix net goes without saying.
